This website exists to publicly document and expose how Akram J Atallah, Cheief Executive Officer of Identity Digital Inc., parent company of name.com was involved in the wrongful seizure and suppression of four of my domains which I lawfully owned and operated. I am currently pursuing legal action and formal complaints against him and affiliated parties.
I am a self-represented litigant, a transgender Middle Eastern woman, and an artist. The domains taken from me were my livelihood and my voice. Their removal was not only unjust but appears to have been carried out in collusion with several corporate defendants and legal professionals, such as Shein Group and Brownstein Hyatt Fabre Schreck law firm seeking to silence my speech, prevent my access to courts and destroy my credibility.
Domain theft and website suppression are forms of digital censorship. This case is about more than just property — it’s about fairness, civil rights, and protecting the right to speak truthfully about misconduct. Participating in fraudulent website takedown schemes that lacked notice or basis.
All statements on this site are based on documented facts and are offered as part of an ongoing legal matter and public advocacy effort.
